Since 1957, Joe Allardt has served the needs of both residential and commercial clients. Joe is well known both locally and nationally for his successes in developing, leasing and managing properties, including, shopping centers, apartment complexes, nursing homes, historic renovations and industrial parks.
He specializes in the development and financing needs of small to
medium sized national and regional companies.

Brian Allardt has been active in all facets of the real estate business since 1984. He has had past ownership and been active in: ADM Real Estate; the largest commercial brokerage firm in East Central Indiana, Network Property Services the largest and only full service property management company in East Central Indiana, and currently is a partner in American United Appraisal Company. He is involved in ownership of apartments and commercial real estate in Indiana as well as ownership in Net Lease properties throughout the Midwest and Florida.
Brian oversees site acquisition, construction management, leasing and day
to day management of existing projects for Allardt Enterprises.
